Pilot

Be one of the first

We are taking on a small number of pilot stores in Norway. As a pilot store you help shape Retailhero, with a short path from your experience to new functionality.

The pilot runs alongside the systems you use today, so daily work in the store carries on as usual while you adopt Retailhero.

How the pilot works

  • We start with receiving and stock records, then add counts, waste, ordering and prices.
  • Packaged goods first, then fresh food and service counters.
  • A named contact on our side and regular reviews with the store.

What we need from you

A store manager, someone who receives goods, someone who can check the figures, and information about your till system, suppliers and product data.

Common questions

Does Retailhero replace our till or accounts?
No. Retailhero is the back-office system for the goods and the work in the store. It works alongside the till and accounting system you already have.
Which tills and shelf labels does it work with?
Retailhero publishes products and prices in a neutral format and is adapted to the till and label system you use. Get in touch and we will go through your setup.
What happens if the connection drops?
The screens say clearly when the connection is gone or figures are not up to date, and Retailhero is built so the store can keep working.
How is our data kept separate?
Each chain's data is separated in the database itself, and you can choose a shared database, a dedicated database or a dedicated environment.
What does it cost?
The price is agreed based on the number of stores and the integrations you need. Get in touch and we will put together a proposal.
